AgBuySell was built with the intent to improve the tools available to the Canadian Agriculture industry for transnational operations, trading and exposure. AgBuySell will always strive to maintain the best interest of the industry with transparency, efficiency, and a fair deal for all.

AgBuySell does not collect, represent, manage or guarantee any money as a result of a completed auction.

AgBuySell's mission and responsibility is to bring Sellers and Buyers together. It is left up to the sole discretion of the Seller and Buyer to make the financial arrangements required to conclude the sale of any auction item(s) listed on AgBuySell website.

Be sure to confirm all details of the auction, and make sure you are fully satisfied with the terms and conditions set out by the Seller. Once both parties are in agreement, conclude the required financial arrangements both parties have agreed upon.

By using AgBuySell service, you agree not to hold AgBuySell responsible of misleading listings or behaviors resulting from a connection via the platform.

As most of the items on AgBuySell come from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what is offered.

We also cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services.

Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of legality, condition, quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute.

We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of AgBuySell, even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.

Despite the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort, by statute or otherwise) is limited to the greater of

(a) the total fees you pay to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and

(b) 100 Canadian Dollars.
